Edwardian Antique Art Nouveau Complete Cast Iron Fireplace C1905

Edwardian Antique Art Nouveau cast iron Fireplace complete C1903. Refurbished by Duncan Reddy Manchester (as seen on tv) a specialist in architectural salvage for over 35 years. The fireplace has been stripped of its old tired paint and rust removed by wire brushing, then finished with the traditional black grate polish which gives it a gunmetal appearance and highlights the ornamentation of the cast iron.

It has its original parts, front bars, fire back (with replacement fire brick) and we've strengthened the back with iron bars. This is a wonderful example of late Victorian craftsmanship, and the quality of the casting really shines through. Body 80cm (at its widest piont). Builders Opening needs to be at least.
