We are a small, restoration business working out of our home cottage in Leyland. Measurements for this fireplace (approx). Mantle width: 29 3/4 inches. Mantle Depth: 4 3/4 inches. Base outer width: 25 inches. Recess: fits flat to the wall. There has been a small repair to the mantle that is difficult to see, see photos for more details.
