Antique cast iron crucifix cross (late 19th/early 20th century). This is a stunning architectural antique. As the pictures show, it is in original condition. There are two prongs at the bottom of the crucifix where it would have been secured to its original base.

As the pictures show, there is a solid repair brace across the arms of the cross. There is no other visible damage. Both sides of the cross are the same - the high quality detail is the same on both sides (see pictures).

The pictures include Jesus on the cross, wheat (centre), eagle (top), cattle (left arm) and what appears to be angels (centre). This is a very heavy item. It measures approximately 150cm in height and 75cm in width. Any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
